China has launched its first cargo spacecraft on Thursday night, according to state media Xinhua, which described it as a "crucial step for China's plan to have an operational space station by 2020." The Tianzhou-1 is a medium-sized rocket fueled by liquid oxygen and kerosene and can carry cargo spacecraft and satellites weighing more than six tons. (๐Ÿ“ท by FRED DUFOUR/AFP/Getty Images)

@jwwilban I would urge you to check out the link on my last post on a US China cooperation on Belt & Road. There according to an Canadian expert are already 5 OBOR projects in the US. Harmony amongst Nations, this is not a China Solo act, but a chorus of Nations in collaboration. You should also study chinese history and philosophy before you make assumptions. The intention of China is creating a Win-Win world rather than this failing western Globalization based on finanicial swindles, wars, some winning and most losing. The Belt & Road would hopefully be a World land bridge that would take you from the tips of Argentina to South Africa via rail, should suit your travels, ๐Ÿ˜‰. And the benefits will be for all and bilaterilly win-win. Welcome to the new paradigm!

  • @vunami 4:41 AM Apr 22, 2017

@jwwilban in other words Belt & Road developments is the new name for Peace. Or the way towards community of sovereign Nations in a "chorus" so-to-speak working in harmony and through problems to solve problems and advance.

  • @atkina100 4:41 AM Apr 22, 2017

  • @j_travelguy 3:20 PM Apr 22, 2017

@vunami , you said it well, globalization based on financial swindles. The US deindustrialized and transfered its entire manufacturing base overseas resulting in the impoverishment of tens of millions of Americans. If Germany had been stupid enough to do that, they would be a third world country already. I'm all for cooperation and trade pacts as long as they are actually win win, not like TPP where our sovereignty ends and someone can ship food to the US that can't be rejected by FDA for violating standards.

  • @vunami 3:51 PM Apr 22, 2017

@kingsamuelthefirst funny how things change, right? In there future, "Made in China" will have a totally different meaning.
