Car. The first thing that happened with us, we had a huge problems with the car. We rented RV, but we didn't say true to the owners that we are going to BM. We just said that we are going to Grand Canyon. The reason is when you rent RV the price is for one week is usually $1000-1500, but when you say that this is for BM +$3000 at least. They asked us a bunch of times to be sure that this is not for BM. When we were in Novato (they located there), we were already in this RV and the owner was like "are you sure that you are not going to BM? Just to let you know, we have GPS in this car and we don't care are you going or not, but if you just across the border of Nevada state, we will block the car". Guess what? We canceled the reservation. We rented Chevrolet Express finally, ask them to remove seats and went to Reno. On the way there, we had a couple stopes in Walmart to buy all stuff that we have to have in the desert. The first one was in Tracy. We went for 30-40 min in Walmart and when we were back to a car.. someone broke the window and stole one of the backpacks. Police, two more Walmart, night in Reno and finally.. we got there!

“You can vacation in say Jamaica and see things that millions have seen before you and millions will see after you...Or you can trek yourself to BRC and see things that will only be available for one week to see.”
How about 18 more quick Burning Man photos? These are not all Great Works of Art or anything... just quick snaps here and there. Small, bite-sized stories. Here's the first one. An immense gramophone (I think that's what they're called) at sunrise. It was about a mile or so to bike out to this piece, but always worth it. Thomas Edison would be proud. Did he invent this? I guess I could have Googled it but I think so.
