STEAK & SWEET POTATO HASH BROWNS

Hearty steak and eggs breakfast, on a plate of golden hash browns...so good! Features NY strip steak from @5280meat and Flavor God Himalayan Salt and Pink Peppercorn Seasoning.
1 large sweet potato, grated (we used a white-fleshed sweet potato)
2 Tbsp bacon fat
1/4 cup diced onion
Flavor God Himalayan Salt and Pink Peppercorn Seasoning
1 small steak, about 8 ounces
1 or 2 eggs
Grate sweet potato and dice onion.
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Place bacon fat in skillet on stovetop over medium heat and start to sauté the onion. After 3-4 minutes, add the grated potato and season generously with Flavor God Himalayan Salt and Pink Peppercorn Seasoning. Cook everything another 3-5 minutes, turning until potatoes are cooked through and have a nice golden color.
Place steak on grill and cook 3-6 minutes per side, or until your desired doneness is reached.
Fry eggs and top hash browns with fried egg and slices of the steak. Enjoy!
