🌎 A Canada wrap-up 🍁
84 days. 136 pages filled in my diary (in the tiniest handwriting possible, people said😂) which helps me to keep these months real. Still, I doubt I'll be able to forget all those beautiful, amazing things I experienced.
Walking under the Rainbow of Montréal every day.
Wandering through the magical city of Québec at night, enchanted by the atmosphere.
Discovering the most amazing bookstore chain (Indigo!) in Ottawa.
Enjoying every single hot day in Toronto where you can do so many things!
Kayaking alone into the sunset in Lion's Head.
Taking some rest in Calgary.
Having no words for the beauty I had in front of my eyes in Banff & Yoho National Park.
Doing great hikes in Jasper National Park.
Feeling good about Indian Summer in Kelowna.
Biking through Stanley Park in Vancouver.
Meeting some of the most amazing people in Victoria.
Following the call of the ocean in Tofino.
Being stunned by the Wild Pacific Trail in Ucluelet.
Bumping into familiar faces coincidentally in Nanaimo.
Dealing with the snow storm in Whistler by staying in the hot tub, talking.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
On one of my last evenings, someone told me, "You look happy" because I couldn't get the smile out of my face (they thought I was drunk but I wasn't haha) and "I am happy. Right here where I am in this moment" was what I answered as it was the truth.
So thank you, beautiful Canada & all the friends I made for making my time here so heartbursting, so special, so incredibly amazing. I wish I could have stayed longer, I really really do. But for sure I'm coming back some day! Stay sweet, folks! 🇨🇦🍁❤
I love alpine lakes. They make for a refreshing swim after a day of hiking, and they are beautiful to photograph. I was lucky this day to catch a cloudy sky, which gives the photo an added interest. Valhalla Provincial Park, BC.

— 6:54 AM. The rain had come to a halt and a stillness fell over the lake. A moment of clarity for us both.

I thought I’d seen everything winter could throw at me in Banff until I saw this “once a decade “ ice. You can see the logs along the floor with perfect clarity, and it feels like you’re walking on water. If you’re anywhere near Banff or Calgary, it’s time to dust off those skates before it snows again!
Did you see the Google reports about search trends in 2017? It’s so fanny to check what people are searching for based on Countries. For example why Italians are looking for recipes of Carbonara pasta, Americans are finding out how many calories there are in a Unicorn Frappucino and Canadians are searching for how you should take a pregnancy test 😁
There’s also a global TV shows categories where’s "Stranger Things” is leading … Do you have a favourite TV show for 2017?
Freezing temps in Toronto … Happy hump day my friends ❤️ *
