Never bend your head. Always hold it high. Look the world straight in the face. It is not the hill that we conquer but ourselves..
Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal;
Nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude. Its up to is to decide which one is actually potraying us as a whole.

What a day! We set off from our campsite Bulls Gap at 8AM and basically strolled over the hills.
The terrain was not so challenging with less altitude difference compared to the previous days. After hiking along many mountainsides and following flat ridges we made 10 miles/16km in 4 hours.
As a gift to ourselfs we ate a dubble lunch and took a nice 2 hour brake.
Same story in the afternoon, we kept up our high pace. Only slowing down where the trail was cluttered with big slippery rocks.
The weather was amazing for a big day of hiking. In comparison to day 2 the rain and drizzel had ended and the temperature went up to 56F/14C. Just the mist remained to cover up the scenery unfortunately.
At about 17 miles/27km we had the chance to stay at a nice shelter. But it already looked crowded by other hikers, so we decided to push on for one more big up and down. Both losing and gaining 1000feet/330m in a 1.5 mile/2.5km stretch.
That ends it for today, we're setting up camp on the mountain side and will try to get a few hours of sleep before the expected thunder storms roll in.
