Let me follow up on today’s video.
So, only 6% of the men are using a tie these days and 70% of that number are using it wrong. Let me explain it; Did you know the double #Windsor or #WindsorKnot was created by the #English#DukeOfWindsor - #KingEdwardVII? The creation of this #FORMAL knot is related to Royal events. So the Kings of Fashion or if you want #Italians, got the message pretty well and never use that knot unless they are going to a very formal event like meeting a president or a king or sometimes for a wedding. .
My suggestion is to loosen up the formality on your daily #attire and use a more relaxed #tie knot and then there’s your opportunity to create the Dimple I mentioned previously on my today’s video.
Honestly stop using the Double Windsor knot and choose the Four-In-Hand instead.
NOTE: The Windsor knot is especially suited for a spread or cutaway collar that can properly accommodate a larger knot. For correct wear, the tie used for a Windsor knot should be about 4 centimetres or 1.6 inches longer than a conventional tie.
