Yes, when it comes to your nutrition the quality of your nutrition will make a big difference.
Eat foods rich in vitamins and minerals, choose organic where possible, choose meat, poultry and fish from sources where they've had the freedom to eat their natural diet. Drink lots of clean filtered water and reduce or cut out caffeine and alcohol.
Reduce stress where possible and get outdoors and enjoy nature :)
Didn't have any meat and running low on veg (waiting to do a decent food shop lol) in and decided to not go to the shop and see what we had in the fridge etc that I could put together.
Surprise myself sometimes! Beetroot "chips" with pea, yogurt and mint dip (took pic after I'd snacked on half haha)
And a thrown together potato curry, it has onions, garlic, broccoli, few peas and kale, done with different curry spices and coconut milk.
